Match making and balanced packs

Today after the content release by like 90 minutes I tried playing but everytime as soon as the match starts my opponent disconnects so I turned off the game as I got bored trying to start a match

less then 1 hour I went to play rivals I faced a team who’s defensive line value is double my whole team attached a photo of my team and another of my opponent 

how is this possible I don’t know

I lost the match 3-1 with having a shot in in the post and another in the bar like every match 

why can’t I get 1 sick card from the many in my opponent team, when I asked the support they said packs outcome are totally random doesn’t this random ever give me something good

I’m very annoyed this is no fun
