Missing Season Pass

I preordered FC26 Ultimate edition, but there is a problem, I’m missing my season pass, and this is extremely annoying since I got to level 40. I have contacted ea help 11 times now but they tell me to ‘Just wait’ every time. It’s a disgrace.
