more realism in career mode please

CPU teams with injury crisis. Never i see a team with more then 2 injured players unless my team  cause it in the match. More CPU fouls please. In 5 seasons I only received one pen. CPU teams players dont get tired? If my team plays 3 games a week my players get tired, not for the CPU.
