More stoppages in manager mode.

I literally have manager mode games that go 35-40 minutes without a stoppage. I pretty much have to make all of my subs at halftime or I may not get the chance to make them.

I know this won’t get fixed in this game, but taking this into account for FC27 would be a good idea.
