Champs Integrity, Cheaters prosper and legit players get punished

I am reaching the breaking point of frustration with EA's approach to cheaters and managing Champs, I appreciate there is no way for EA to completely irradicate cheating and I sympathise with them on this point

But clear and obvious things that should and could easily be overturned by support for a massive major company are not, I just played my 2nd champs match its 4-4 in the 90th minute, I score the winning goal in the 91st minute , the whistle blows, the game is over. the loading screen confirming my win begins and suddenly I disconnect as it states EA servers are unavailable, I then have the well recognised DNF warning 

I reach out to player support 

They cant do anything 

Again 

Every single week (Especially of PC) I am playing against at least 1 cheater and when clear things like even this cant be overturned it makes me question the integrity of a game mode which is supposed to be 'Competitive' 

How hard could it realistically be for an agent to review a game and apply common sense?

Especially with the recent price hikes for FC27, how can we feel that the company even cares about the integrity of the game when they do absolutely nothing to ensure the most competitive game mode available is fair

The games need the ability to be able to dispute a result if there is a forced disconnect especially when the game is already over
