No authenticity or realism in the game

Right now, the intergration of different styles of play and leagues feels forced and completely out of touch with what the core fan base actually wants. The game doesn't feel balanced and it's getting further away from the realism that real fans want. Players should have CLEAR OPTIONS. If i want to play traditional mens football I should be able to do that without being forced into modes or matchups that dont reflect it. This isn't about exclusion, Its about authority and choice, of which the game is missing both. It feels like the focus has shifted from improving gameplay to making statements that don't add anything to the football experience, fans want the best football experience possible, not a social experiment. For years the sport was known as the mens game, and fans of this traditional sport still want that, go back 5 or 6 years and no one bothered or cared about womens football until they started crying about fair pay. It is a travesty to the sport for them to be compared to mens footballers and yet the game tries to tell us they're better. There'd be no issue with having women in a seperate game mode but it seems obvious that no one would play that because its not the football that we buy the game to play.
