Player unhappy with contract after renewal

In all my manager career saves there is always players that complain about their wage, so I normally give them a new contract. Then a few days later (in game days) they complain again. And then I can’t renew because they have already renewed, forcing me to sell them or have an unhappy player.

this has been an issue since the start of the game. Hope this can get fixed
