I've already done what you suggested. I clearly stated this in the Report Bug section, but I haven't received a response yet. I've been experiencing this problem for months. To fix this issue on my Playstation 5, I previously uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but nothing changed. Both my Playstation and the game are the latest versions, but the problem persists. Because of this issue, I haven't been able to play FC26 almost since the day I bought the game. If this problem isn't resolved, I request a refund.

If you already reported it there, it has likely already been sent to the team in charge, but just to be on the safe side i sent a new report as a special case.
If you have any additional info that might help us reproduce the issue (for example, the precise steps you took before entering the game) , it would be greatly appreciated.
