Just one quick question for you!
Everything you wrote I agree with 110%. In your statement,

Is this winning and losing with an average based on a 50% win rate or is this based strictly on winning XP? I only ask because I noticed when you WIN you get a significant amount of XP in comparison to when you LOSE.
I am new to the game and have been having a fun time, aside from the grind as mentioned, starting as a low overall and going up against a team of lvl 75 players.
I think that the loss does not affect anything, only the value of your player. If you win with 10.0, it is not the same as winning with 7.0. For example, if you lose with 10.0, you get the same experience, but you get a little less for losing.
