Problems with fictional players

In career mode, FC creates fictional players (regen and newgen, I think), I believe to replace retired players and to maintain the number of players in the squads. I understand the need for this, but it's a bit absurd how it happens.

FC creates players with extremely high overall ratings. In women's career mode, I've seen a regen player who was 20 years old with an overall rating of 91, which makes no sense.

I believe these players could be generated with an overall rating between 60 and 70 and evolve over time. These athletes break the immersion of the game, because after two seasons the teams are full of them and it becomes boring to face a fictional player who is a mix of Messi and CR7 in a fictional body.
