Rush Mode Player Issues

There needs to be a way to have 3 other team members be able to kick inactive players, or players that just set their controllers on a direction and don't actually play the game.  It's ridiculous that players are allowed to do this and nothing can be done about it.  They only want to  collect the "Play Rush x# of times" and get this pack objective done.  This takes all the fun out of this mode.
