Server disconnections surely ruining pack weight

I have just spent well over £100 on points to pack zero promo cards. This is ridiculous when looking at the pack odds and completely destroys any motivation to want to pay any money on this game. The servers have ruined the whole night and I worry this server issue has impacted the pack pulls. There is no way so many packs can be opened with such high odds and nothing pulled! This needs sorting. It’s our hard earned money we are using here!
