Slow motion gameplay

Hello, Today I tried playing EA FC 26 on PC via Steam, but I encountered a major issue. Every match I played was in slow motion. My players moved as if they were stuck in mud, making it impossible to compete against opponents.
I use my controler and try to pass but it took so long to my player do the action.

I already tried every setting change but didnt solve it. 

I attached one clip about this situation , hope you guys from ea can help  me.
