Squad Battles Points Not Added

I have been playing 5 Squad Battle matches and have noticed that the game has not registered any points gained from those matches. Instead, it reflects only 0 points added (see attached), and result in me being stuck on the same level for a while. I have not completed all the matches for the week yet. 

This is on top of the 'Diving In' objective not registering for almost a week, causing the subsequent rewards not being unlocked, and the FC Pro objective not being unlocked even after watching the stream on YouTube multiple times (I have linked the accounts together). It has been a very frustrating re-introduction to FC26 so far.
