Tactics Formation Keeps Resetting After Restart (Affecting Many Players in Thai

Description: After saving our custom Tactics Formation, everything appears to save correctly. However, once we exit EA SPORTS FC 26 and launch the game again, all saved tactics are reset back to the default formation.

This issue happens every time and forces us to recreate our tactics before every match.
