Suggestion for More Realistic Generated Player System (regens, pregens)

Instead of replacing every retiring star with a AI generated player (regens, pregens), let football evolve naturally. Keep only new young players entering Career Mode with realistic overall ratings (65–70) and varied potential, just like real academy graduates. Future superstars should emerge through development, not be guaranteed as soon as legends retire. This would greatly improve realism and immersion.

Perhaps this could be optional. Those who enjoy regens can play a career mode where they appear at various clubs, while those who prefer more realism can play without this automatic generation of artificial players with high overall ratings.
