Terrible game play

My team are stuck in the mud again no interceptions from none of my players the ball is litrally hitting them and there not locking on to the ball ,

no preassure atall from no player its like there is a force field around my oppenents players but when i have the ball they have plays closing me down and intercepting most of my passes as my team are just stood watching this need sorting out asap
