The Gameplay is too inconsistent

I have currently given up on UT so I started playing clubs. For the main time while my player was still really lowly rated I was enjoying every game, able to control the ball, make pass, and even dribble the ball, however since I upgraded to level 50 and my player is on 99 dribble and agility 

my player can no longer make simple passes, he cannot run, cannot dribble, the game is completely unplayable, it is so frustrating and annoying that the only redeeming mode in the game that I previously enjoyed is now unplayable for me

is the game trying to drive me away from playing? Is that how the system is designed? It is too inconsistent, and keeps on interfering with my game play
