The ea answer is, buy 5 million fifa points, and they will promise to fix the junk in fc 99, it's really important to note though, that all future fc games will be beyond poor, they will become impossible to play, but hey, they have more packs in the store, these forums don't fix anything, as ea ignore everything constructive, they have never played their own game, if they had, they would have made sweeping changes, they only listen to youtubers, the very ppl who advertise the selling of coins, which coincidentally is against ea's own T&c's, you couldn't have anything more corrupt.
