This game is terrible

I hate this game i was playing fut champs and won the game 9-3 i go to the menu and it says high traffic user error so i get kicked out of ut and load back in to a disconect match screen and i go to fut champs and it counted as a loss as a reward i want my win so i go 7 and 8
