Training Camp EVO GLITCH

I was in the process of completing the latest "training evolution" for a silver striker which requires you to put the player through an evolution on the web app and leave them in there for an amount of time so they could get their upgrades. I checked on it today and clicked on it and was asked if I wanted to cancel the evo or not. It gave me 2 options: "yes" and "go back". I clicked on go back because I didn't want to cancel the evo. However, it canceled it anyway. The evo was gone from my evolutions, and my player was reverted back to his base silver card while still being untradeable (it was tradeable before). Can you please restore the evolution back to my account so I can complete it? I can provide screenshots if necessary. This is a big issue that needs fixing before more and more people fall victim to it. Please upvote for awareness.

    Same issue happened to me, I was about to evo one of my favourite silver players and this glitch happened just after 24 hrs, just as you described it, and now I got an incomplete version of that evo. So disappointing because I know EA won't do anything for us to compensate for their problem that we have to suffer for.

    The exact thing just happened to me. I got really mad when I have been logging in the past two days just to do the evelution and then log off again. Then for me now to have missclicked to cancel the evelution. Like I didn’t click anything else than X on my playstation controller and then it just cancelled the WHOLE EVELUTION. This makes me so mad because I think my player (Alimami Gory) would be very good ingame fully evolved and could have fitted in future evos. But no now he is just half evolved and I can’t do anything about it except complaing to EA which will probably do nothing. But can they please remove the cancel evo button? What is even the point of it? Why would I ever cancel my evo when I bought a player just to do the evo… please help me ea sports I just want to complete the evolution so I can get my player. My user on EA is xyrosaint. Please reply. This evo means alot to me and made me very anxious when it took so long to do and then mid way I cancelled it 😕

    I also have a video of where i missclicked. Please restore my Striker’s Rise evolution. As the comment above said, I did not even click Yes, I clicked Go Back. And it still cancelled my evolution.

    Please refund me asap.

    Yeah man. I really hope they will see this but they probably won’t :/ I just want my evolution back man..

    Same thing just happened to me today: couldn’t believe it.

    Can EA reapond to this? Surely it can be fixed.
