Your terms of service team is wrong and doesn't know what they are doing. It is clear there is no help from ea after so many hours trying to fix this problem. After playing this game for over 10 years I cannot believe this is happening to me. Buying the ultimate edition and buying fifa points rewards me with a wrongfully placed ban. Unbelievable
