transfer market banned

You are a poorly managed company that never takes its customers who buy your games seriously! Despite never having transferred coins, and not even knowing how to do it, my access to the transfer market has been blocked due to your broken system. Even after repeatedly appealing on your EAHelp page, you always responded with the same automated message, standing by your absurd and unfair decision. I congratulate you on this nonsense. You have destroyed the time, money, and effort I spent on my account with your stupid, broken system!! I applaud you.

    Hello yasevol​ 

    We understand that this situation is frustrating, especially if you believe the sanction was applied incorrectly.

    However, sanctions related to the Transfer Market are handled directly by the Terms of Service teams after review of account activity. If your appeals were declined, it means the sanction was upheld following those checks.

    The message might be automated but every time it's checked by a human.

    At this stage, the only option remains through the appeal process via EA Help, as on the forums, we cannot remove or modify account sanctions.
