While I think World Class is still managable after getting used to the dumpsterfire that is FC 26 I have to agree with OP 100% here! It is notacably more difficult to just pick up the game and play it on WC compared to previous years, which in itself is not even the issue; it's great to have difficult AI for players that are good at the game. However EA is incapable of balancing the difficulty.
To get used to FC every year I gradually raise the difficulty after a few matches starting off with Pro difficulty. I'm not good at the game and I take long breaks in between games to play other games. Pro difficulty seems really easy, too easy...the AI makes tons of mstakes, frequently loses the ball and can't build up an attack to save their life. It feels like Amateur. On WC the AI get's better on so many levels in comparison. Better stats, less mistakes, playing passing lanes to make passes a lot harder and so on...
So to sum it up briefly World Class difficulty is not the issue whatsoever! It is the huge gap between Pro and WC that is causing frustration with I'd assume a lot of people. The game is either far too easy or challenging to a point where it turns frustrating. So players can only "pick their poison"! This is an issue for years of medium level difficulties but in FC 26 more noticable than ever before.
EA_Darko No medium level player should ever be required to watch pros exploit the AI in FC to have a chance of enjoying the game.If they want to become good or great they'll probably do something like that anyway already. The reality is that most people just want to have a good time doing their hobby, playing games. Not everyone has the desire nor time to watch pros do things they probably will not be able to adapt anyway in a reasonable timeframe...The skill level difference is just too great to even entertain doing some of the things they do.
