Dear EA Team,

I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the recent Team of the Year (TOTY) promotions and recurring SBC-related issues that clearly undermine fair play.

Firstly, despite saving packs for weeks and opening over 80–90 packs during the TOTY release, I did not receive a single TOTY or promo card. Every pack resulted only in standard gold cards. This is extremely discouraging for players who invest time, effort, and in many cases money, specifically to participate in these limited-time promotions.

More importantly, a major SBC error occurred involving Lamine Yamal. For approximately 20 minutes, due to a mistake, players were able to complete the SBC and obtain Lamine Yamal for a squad costing roughly 40k coins. Shortly after, this error was corrected, and the real cost of the SBC increased to around 480k coins. As a result, thousands—possibly millions—of players gained a massive advantage simply because they were online during a short error window, while others now face a much higher cost for the same content.

This is not an isolated incident. Last year, a similar mistake occurred involving an Mbappé SBC, and again, no proper equalization or compensation was provided to ensure fairness among the player base. Unfortunately, this shows a pattern where critical errors benefit a limited group of players, while the rest are left behind without any corrective action.

These situations seriously damage competitive balance and trust in the game. Fair play cannot depend on being online at the exact minute an error happens. I strongly urge EA to address these issues properly and consider fair solutions for all affected players.
