When will EA reward loyal players

Never felt the frustration as much as today when EA clearly dont match players with loyalty to those that simply rock up.. i've spent weeks earning all those silver reward players like, charlton, Eusebo etc only to then be constantly matched to players that havent spent the same time and effort with a standard silver team to then get thrashed in 7 straight games... i know i'm useless but thanks for reminding me loyalty makes no difference and i should just give up expecting loyalty to hours of playing to be rewarded.... pathetic EA!
