Why is overpowered AI defence back again?

Everyone I have played against is the last few weeks is constantly abusing AI defence. It is ok if AI helps in some situations like corners in the game, but it is simply not ok for AI to be making unrealistic last ditch tackles - I mean tackles no defender should be able to make. This game feels like an arcade game in FUT. 

Funny how we keep going in cycles over AI defence with EA. EA claims to have fixed it but then a few patches later it is worse. Simply inform us if this is an arcade game for 12 year olds, then we can stop playing. 

It is ridiculous, everyone seems to be playing with 9 men behind the ball, yet they don’t control their defenders. I wonder if EA reviews the general gameplay. Take AI defence out.
