Career Mode Crash

I have recently started a Man Utd career mode from a live start point, everything was fine but now I am unable to sim past the 23rd September without the entire game crashing, It seems to just be this career, but I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue

    I am having the same issue only it effects every save i have, mine will not go passed the 3rd of December before crashing

    Mine did this for the 3rd as well. I made a new one and now I can't get past Dec 6th.
