Development plans in career mode crashes game

Whenever i go into development plans in career mode on youth players in my 1st team, i crash.

Its seems like everytime i try to change a position or a development plan on a youth player or i try to scout a regen player the game crashes whenever i try to check out their progress, EVERY TIME

please fix this
