Career mode notifications. Transfer requests.

The update on Friday did not solve this issue. How come since the update when the game was released for everyone somehow the notifications are broken. Players who only signed in the summer 2025 handing in transfer requests with no mention or emails. When I had early releases before the update on Friday this issue wasn’t present! Sort it out ea your basically taking big money off people for broken games you’ve had a year to get right!!
