I don't have the notification in my 'News' regarding the upcoming 20,000 Instant AXP, whereas my friends do (image taken by a friend). Similarly, I never received the 35 game AXP boost.
Are these promos bugged, or are these promos are targeted so not all players get them? I don't know why the latter would be the case though, as it isn't fair to arbitrarily reward certain players.
Community ManagerHey DiehardSatsuma many of these offers are only available when an account meets certain criteria. Know it can be frustrating but in a lot of cases, these are to help lower-level clubs move up a bit.
I believe that there is a Clubs level cap in play, where if you are above a certain level, you do not qualify for the boost.
Can I ask, what level your Club is at? It can simply be the case that your Club level is so high that it is not eligible for the promo.

Our Club is at level 10, which might explain this in line with your explanation. That said, my friend is also in the same club and they have the pop-up. Is there a reason why that might be?

Punishing players for playing your game while rewarding players for not playing your game does not give me any incentive to continue playing your game. This is not an effective method of retaining players and paying customers. In fact, quite the opposite.
I am getting the same issue, and also never received the 35 game boost previously either. My club is level 8 and every single player in the club (5) have received the 20k AXP but I haven’t. How is that fair?
As OP is saying, this is a terrible way to reward long time players. I want to start a new archetype but can’t due to the insane level gaps that I will incur. How is that not the same scenario as “newer players?”
