Career mode transfer bug

I’ve started two careers with the same team. I start with transfers off for first window. I get to the end of September/ beginning of October and all of a sudden half of my first team, who are playing most games and scoring goals, now want to leave. I could understand it coming from a finge player and maybe one or two but when it’s half a dozen players it’s infuriating. It’s completely unrealistic and is massively ruining the game for me. Needs fixing asap
