Change in the number of substitutes in the game

A change that needs to be made in a manager's career is to add more substitutes like in reality. It is very difficult to manage the team during a game when you only have 9 substitutes and no more. I think that 5 more substitutes should be added in addition to the 9 that are already in the game.
