Missing my chances to play the clubs live event

I tried playing the live event in clubs for 20k axp and it wouldn't find me any teammated due to server issues. And when I looked later I lost 7 chances like I actually played the matches and lost. After reporting this to ea, they didn't say anything except give me a pre-made message consisting of ways to solve my issue myself like I can fix it. Now I am waiting for a reply and hopefully getting my chances back.
