Clubs Connectivity issue FC 26

My clubs connectivity is very bad, when i sub in mid match, im not able to join and stuck in sub getting ready, but if i close match is continuing without issue, sometimes Clubs itself not opening in FC 26

even though i didnt join the match, its shown as im in the match
