Champions fc 26

Hi Ea, I wanted to write a letter to say that I have just lost a game of champions that I just won, when the game finished 7-6 to me and after the game I got a message saying “The Ea servers are unable to process your request at the current moment. Please try again later.” So then it kicked me out of ultimate team and I got a disconnection warning and I was given a loss when the game had finished and I had won. I hope you can help me get this win in champions and wipe the loss off my record. I also have video evidence that I attached below if that can help. Thank you
