Clubs Name Glitch

When I logged in one day it randomly started saying

 "we've reset your club name to a generic name because it may be used to offend or harass other players, which breaks our user agreement.We have positive play guidelines to help maje sure our games are an enjoyable experience for all players (htpphs://www.ea/positiveplay). We'll take you to the Edit Club page to confirm the change.

 When I go to change it and hit done, it says "Failed to save Club Settings". The pop up with the first quoted phrase repeatedly pops up and makes every other Clubs mode function unplayable as you're in a repeated process of name change and failed to save Club settings.
