Clubs Name Glitch

When I logged in one day it randomly started saying

 "we've reset your club name to a generic name because it may be used to offend or harass other players, which breaks our user agreement.We have positive play guidelines to help maje sure our games are an enjoyable experience for all players (htpphs://www.ea/positiveplay). We'll take you to the Edit Club page to confirm the change.

 When I go to change it and hit done, it says "Failed to save Club Settings". The pop up with the first quoted phrase repeatedly pops up and makes every other Clubs mode function unplayable as you're in a repeated process of name change and failed to save Club settings.

    Issue has been live more than a week now.*

    Have 11 team members wanting to play but cant.

    Game won't let me change anything about the club whether it's stadium or stadium bundles it's just locked. I try to change the name the tab is blacked out and when I change abbreviation it says it's in appropriate when it isn't. I left the club to try and fix it by letting a friend change name but it is blacked out for them too. He invited me to join back but the invite doesn't come through and when I search for the club name it says there are no matches. Club name is FC Pomegranete my friend who is in the clubs EA ID is mustardcc1234. Please fix this

    Bug report:

    I created a new Ultimate Team club in FC 26. The default club name was "Santa Rosa FC". I renamed it to "FC Cesis". In the Club menu the new name is displayed correctly, but during matches and on the scoreboard the game still shows "Santa Rosa FC". I am playing on PlayStation. Restarting the game did not fix the issue.
