I cant edit my pro's appereance , it doesnt work , Eror every time.
One thing to try 213928690, unequip everything from your pro, ensuring that you remove everything down to arm sleeves, and then try saving it again to see what happens.

Im unsure if this is what was meant by the other guy, but most the time it seems to be a few bugged arm sleeves that break the saving. I had the same issue and a few of the arm sleeves from a few months back seemed to be the culprit.

I deleted the game saved data through ps5 settings , even deleted the game , still nothing
