    Hey folks,

    The team has made some slight adjustments to the 26,000 AXP grant and everyone should now be able to receive it as long as they are hitting the following requirements:

    • You have opted in to In-Game Targeted Marketing
    • Your account is not underage
    • You have played at least one Pro Clubs League match OR one Pro Clubs Friendly match in FC 26


    As VanillamanFC​VanillamanFC​figured out and DiehardSatsuma​ provided detailed instructions in his post, it might help trigger the grant if you opt out and back in to your communication preferences for FC.

It has come to my attention through my teammates in Pro Clubs that there is another 20,000 Instant AXP consumable on offer to Pro Clubs players. However, once again (as raised before several times with other missing promotions, including here), I neither have this message on my homepage nor do I have the consumable in Pro Clubs itself, despite following the "Solutions" offered in these two threads - here and here - that were meant to address this.

i have the same problem, my friend in my club received the 20,000 AXP, but I did not when I logged on. We made our club yesterday, so its obviously level 1, and none of us were higher than level 15. regardless he's the only one who's gotten it and the rest of us are stuck at low levels while he gets a boost. i dont understand the point in rolling out rewards if you're only going to give it to selective people.

 i have all preferences enabled, and played a drop-in to see if i would maybe receive it after, all for no result. this is really annoying and a bad look on the game imo
