Fc Clubs 26 not working for 2 weeks (account issue

I cannot access Clubs in FC 26 for over 2 weeks. Other modes work perfectly. It loads for a few seconds then says unable to connect. I have already submitted cases and received no response. This appears to be a corrupted Clubs profile. Please escalate.
