FC Pro – Compete Tab Missing from Ultimate Team

 

 

Hello,

 

I am experiencing an issue with FC Pro – Compete in Ultimate Team in FC 26.

 

The FC Pro – Compete tab has been missing from my account for about two months, even though it was previously available.

 

Issue details:

 

• I was previously able to access FC Pro – Compete without any issues.
• The tab is now completely missing from Ultimate Team.
• The mode is still available to other players in my region.
• I can play Rivals and Champions normally.
• My account has no bans or restrictions.
• My connection to EA servers is working properly.

 

 

I have already completed all troubleshooting steps, including:

 

• Restarting the game and console
• Deleting Personal Settings
• Signing out and back into EA servers
• Playing full Rivals and Champions matches
• Verifying EA account linking

 

 

The issue persists.

 

Please escalate this case to the appropriate team and check my account’s FC Pro / Competitive Eligibility Flag, as this appears to be an internal account eligibility issue rather than a connection or device problem.
