FC26 manager career bug

Right I have had enough I’ve tried everything basically my manager career was working in the past and now I try and create a new one when I sign the contract I’m on a black screen while loading but left it there for 30 mins and still didn’t load but player career works. 
Also I have tried creating new ones.

    Not to be the bearer of bad news but EA don't care about career mode issues. Sadly this isn't going to change
