Forced to play foreign servers on only one gametype: Club Rush

Is anyone else having this issue? I can play any gametype on the game and I am guaranteed to have less than 20 ping. If I play ultimate team Rush(or any other game type), less than 20 ping. But if I play Club Rush (especially when by myself) 95% of the time I am playing with 100 ping. This is not a user error, I am extremely tech savvy and have THOROUGHLY checked my settings. It is also not a connection issue, I have a fiber optic connection that I pay VERY good money for. So why am I forced to Play at 100 ping in foreign lobbies in my favorite gametype? I guarantee that if this was an ultimate team issue it would have been fixed yesterday, or last month.... But being that they are making billions off of ultimate team that is their sole focus and they not give af about anything else, just churning out new content for ultimate team. I absolutely love this game and think it is amazing.... When I have less than 50 ping(a very generous number), Anything more than 75 makes what I do a complete nightmare(quick cuts, defense is impossible). If I buy your game I expect to be on North American servers at least 90% of the time. I assure you me and everyone I know who plays it is to the point of uninstalling and never buying again.... Especially after you do server maintenance last night and I wake up and it is still the same.
