game crashes when i go to pens also opponents score without them scoring

So I'm playing a goalkeeper career mode right now, and I'm playing via highlights, and I just got to pens against Chelsea, and then my game crashed 3 times in a row now. Also, for some reason, the game is adding score to the opponent, but that shouldn't be happening because as a goalkeeper I should be able to do something to you know stop the goal
