I can no longer manager career mode

I've played hundreads of hours of career mode with FIFA23, EA FC 24 and EA FC 26.
I only do the transfers, team management and tactics - every game gets quick simmed.
The problem is that most of the time (especially when you put together a strong team) the automatic results don't make sense. I invested 20+ hours in a save with Milano FC (AC Milan), earned scudetto in the 2nd season and getting sacked in the third as I lost pretty much everything. Italian Cup, Super Cup, got kicked out of UCL by Bayern (this I can understand) but the only thing I don't understand is how is it possible for my team to be in 4th place, 24 points behind Lombardia FC (Inter Milan).
Before you say "this is expected" please check my first 11. Also, need to mention that subs were all 82+ overall, rested, content at least.

Also this happens no matter the league, no matter the team. It doesn't matter if you take a team from the League 2 in England and go with it all the way to the Premier League or if you go straight for Man Utd. 

But this season in Italy was the worst. Was not able to beat Verona, Venezia etc (17th - 19th place) and got sacked. Please do something about the simulation algorithm in order to:
1) be more realistic (85+ teams can't lose 4 in a row against teams from the 2nd bottom of the table)
2) make use of the 5 subs, preferably taking off the lowest rating ones from the first 11 across the 2nd half
3) be more realistic around the objectives. Can't expect a top team to win the treble every year and a non-top team to fight for promotion in back-to-back seasons.
