Issue with clubs- failed to join lobby

Whenever one of my friends tries to join our clubs lobby, it says failed to join lobby, and whenever he is in the lobby, it says failed to join lobby when anyone else tries to join. It also says he is offline when he is actually online. Anyone know a solution?
