Manager Career Mode Issues

Question

What is with the abundance of issues in manager career? Players requesting contract negotiations immediately after signing them to a new one, thus they’re upset you won’t negotiate a new contract when you just did. Players complaining about playing time when they play a majority of appearances, players complaining about not playing when they are injured and are physically unable to play. What’s the point when it seems like you have to replace half your squad season to season.

I feel your pain, I had 3 players I just signed in the fall transfer window of year 2 of my Manager Career ask for transfers because i wouldn't (Couldn't) renegotiate their salaries, when they were already 3 of the highest paid players on my team. I extended one player's contract by a year and the year was not added to his deal, so I lost him to transfer request because I could not re-negotiate since I had "just recently negotiated a new contract". Career mode was already the least attended part of the game (because it makes no extra money in packs or perks or points for EA) but its gotten nearly unplayable at this point.
