I haven't received any rewards from live events for two months. I contacted your support twice, I got a response that they are registering this issue with multiple players and that they will do their best to resolve the issue - I got this response a month ago. No change. It is unacceptable that some players are not receiving rewards. Unable to complete tasks - their progress is not recorded.

Did you goto objectives and click off the yellow present icon?

I was just trying to help since nobody replied to you. There has been a lot of issues with this game.
Im hoping EA FC 27 will be more polished, I know there are big changes coming.
