No tondela GK in Ultimate Team

I noticed that (almost) everyone from Tondela, from Liga Portugal, is in ultimate team, but not the main GK, Bernardo Fontes, idk why and id like to know if its a bug or intended?

Ive only been searching the transfer market and havent seen him, i would guess from such a low rated team he would be very easy to find.
