Potential of youth academy players

First of all, thank you for taking the time to read this post. I'm writing to you because since FC26 came out, something has been bothering me. When starting a career mode, we have several options to make it more entertaining. One of these options is the minutes allocated to youth academy matches to see their maximum potential. However, even with this option active, we still can't see the true potential or the overall rating a player will have in the academy. It's not like in FC25 where you could see their real potential and save time looking for others. If they offer this option, it should at least be well-designed.
